Harbor

Harbor runs on the hub and hosts fleet images used by the release. Cluster nodes are configured to pull the required fleet images through the hub registry.

For v0.1.0, image builds must use the matching local sibling checkouts recorded in inventory/group_vars/all/fleet_git_pins.yml. Do not copy commit hashes from documentation. Use the release scripts instead:

./scripts/fleet-verify-pins.sh --strict

After the checks pass, run the reviewed harbor_push_fleet playbook tag from the tagged checkout. The optional catalog checkout is not required to build the core hub or complete an FCJ lifecycle.
