Backup and restore

FleetInstanceBackup and FleetInstanceRestore, along with optional Velero-based storage, are present in v0.1.0 but are under testing and unstable. They are not a supported backup, migration, or disaster-recovery product.

Do not rely on these resources for production data protection. Maintain independent backups, define recovery objectives, verify restores in a controlled environment, and review the tagged implementation before enabling the feature.

The experimental status applies regardless of whether a backup appears to complete successfully.
