Provider install
This content is for 0.1.0. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.
After an FCJ reaches Ready, install workload providers from the authenticated
cluster detail flow or select the corresponding FCJ install intent.

These are the only FCJ provider kinds in v0.1.0. OLM is not an FCJ provider
kind. Wait for the selected provider to report Ready before placing a
matching DCM workload.
